In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using any part of the 90ph Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, claiming a Bonus, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 90ph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms that may apply.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued access following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the 90ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 90ph conducts age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any Funds held in such Account may be forfeited.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use. Access to 90ph from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited may be restricted. Users accessing the Platform while located in a restricted jurisdiction assume sole legal responsibility for any resulting consequences.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been legally declared incompetent, are subject to court orders restricting financial transactions, or are registered on any self-exclusion register applicable to Philippine online gaming are not eligible to register.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating, controlling, or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate Account termination.
5. Acting on Own Behalf: You must register and play exclusively for your own personal entertainment and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or operating an Account as a proxy is prohibited.

To access the full features of the 90ph Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid active Philippine mobile number (Globe or Smart network).

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of Funds.

KYC Verification: 90ph is required by anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines to verify the identity of its Users. Before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, 90ph may request copies of government-issued identification documents and proof of address. Accepted identification documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), valid Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO), SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, and UMID. Failure to complete required KYC verification within the period specified may result in restriction of withdrawal functionality.

Mobile Number Verification: Registration requires verification of a valid Philippine mobile number via one-time password (OTP). Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and recovery contact. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered mobile number and must notify 90ph promptly if your mobile number changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.

All activity conducted through your Account using your correct login credentials — whether or not actually authorised by you — will be attributed to you and you will be liable for all resulting transactions. 90ph accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 90ph support immediately via live chat at 90ph.asia. Upon verified notification, 90ph will temporarily lock the Account while the security situation is investigated. 90ph reserves the right to reverse transactions where fraudulent or unauthorised access is confirmed, subject to its investigation findings.

90ph will never ask for your password or full OTP via email, SMS, social media, or chat. Any communication purporting to be from 90ph requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

90ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts registered to third parties are prohibited and may be subject to reversal. 90ph reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to the Account holder before processing withdrawals of Funds deposited via that method.

Deposits are credited to your 90ph Account balance in real time for supported e-wallet methods including GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days depending on the originating bank's processing schedules. 90ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

90ph reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Deposits made in error cannot be refunded once wagered.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your 90ph Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, consistent with anti-money laundering obligations. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may vary by verification tier.

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business days. 90ph targets same-day processing for all GCash withdrawal requests submitted before 11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).

Withdrawal fees are waived for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to processing fees, and withdrawal limits will apply at unverified tier levels. 90ph strongly recommends completing KYC verification at registration rather than at the point of first withdrawal.

90ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or pending resolution of bonus wagering requirements. Any such delays will be communicated to the affected User via the registered contact details.

90ph may offer various promotional bonuses to registered Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion.

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Funds in your Account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., ×15, ×20, ×30) is specified in the promotion terms for each bonus. Attempting to withdraw Funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Key rules applicable to all 90ph bonuses:

• One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless specific terms state otherwise.
• 90ph reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion is identified.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, typically 7–30 days from issue depending on the promotion.
• 90ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed in good faith.

All games on the 90ph platform operate using certified, independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by previous results, the size of the wager, or any other external factor. 90ph does not manipulate game results.

Game-specific rules for Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Bingo, E-Sabong, and E-Sports are accessible within each game or product section. These rules supplement these Terms and govern specific conduct and dispute resolution within each product category. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the product rules expressly state otherwise.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection that interrupts or affects the outcome of a wagered game round, 90ph will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its Technical Error Resolution Policy. 90ph is not liable for losses arising from client-side technical issues including poor internet connection or device failure.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market type. In the event of a cancelled event, postponed fixture, or rule 4 deduction, the applicable sport rules govern settlement. Winnings from unsettled bets remain withheld until official settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment credentials.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk hedging or collusion with other Users.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, including exploiting software bugs or glitches.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering or financing of illegal activities under Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 90ph staff or other Users via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.
• Any conduct that 90ph determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other Users.

90ph is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, online gaming can become problematic, and we maintain a range of tools and resources to help users maintain control of their gaming activity.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools: All registered 90ph users have access to the following tools directly within their Account dashboard, without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited into your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the net amount you can lose across all gaming activity.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which you cannot deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block future registration attempts. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable and takes effect immediately. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

90ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User is under 21 years of age.
• The User has provided false registration or KYC information.
• The Account is involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• The Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• The User is subject to a valid self-exclusion order or has re-registered after permanent self-exclusion.
• Continued Account operation poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 90ph.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 90ph may forfeit some or all Funds held in the Account, subject to applicable Philippine law. Where Account termination is not attributable to User fault, real-money Funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 90ph support. Account closure will not affect any legal obligations already incurred, including outstanding wagering commitments on settled bets.

All content on the 90ph Platform — including but not limited to the 90ph brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 90ph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Habanero, and CQ9) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the studio's licence terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90ph's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

90ph expressly excludes liability for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind; (d) losses arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events outside 90ph's reasonable control including acts of God, telecommunications network failures, and government-imposed restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 90ph's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.

Your privacy is important to 90ph. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by the 90ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights as a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 90ph by contacting our Data Privacy Officer via the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy.

90ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 90ph will notify registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where required by regulation, by sending a notification to the registered email address or mobile number associated with each Account.

Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your Account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 90ph arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to first contact 90ph customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 90ph will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
